 Cheeseburger Casserole 
1 pound ground beef 
1 medium onion, minced 
1 medium green bell pepper, cored and minced 
28 ounce can ground tomatoes 
1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 
1 teaspoon oregano 
Salt to taste 
8 ounces medium egg noodles 
1-1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally to break up clumps, until brown all over. Drain.
    Increase heat to high, add onion and green pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce,oregano and salt. Bring to a boil, lower heat to low and simmer, uncovered, while bringing a large pot of water to boil.
    Preheat oven to 350° (F), Boil noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Return noodles to pot and stir in ground beef mixture. Pour into a casserole dish, and top with cheese. Cover and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
